I've ordered one of these with a black bezel instead of silver.

No more mods for me for now (honest)! so 1.5 bar should be enough. The homefries are plenty quick enough and I wouldn't want to swap with APNess right now

I think most people here, have varying mountings and different gauges fitted, all do the job though, this was the one i chose,a racetech boost gauge.

                  Here's an Autometer Phantom.

I think I got mine from the vwspeedshop.co.uk - or something similar - I can look it out if you want.

If you order from Smiths/Caerbont direct you can order a black bezel ilo the standard silver one:

Design and manufacture of premium bespoke gauges and heritage Smiths Instruments for automotive, motorcycle and marine applications.

                              Beetie,

They sell these in most go faster shops, made by Revotec, they come cut 52mmm gauges, I'm using 60mm but the hole can be widened out and it takes a bit of whittling to get it to fit.
