Still don't understand why you don't involve the police in his county. That's what I had to do. Or rather threatened with it. He returned the money the same day I was about to call that police station. Sure... It's probably a tedious process but on the other hand, do you really think he will send the parts or give you the money back?

Its not as simple as calling the police and saying - this guys owes me money - especially now that legal proceedings for this IVA shyte protect HIM personally and have an agreed %age of funds going to certain creditors over an agreed timeline. Think you got lucky NEO as you kept hounding him.

Yeah unfortunatley there is f**k all anyone can really do now, legally, to get their pennies back.

He is fully exempt now with this IVA bollacks.

Still - i dont suppose that stops any new cases or those that wern't covered by the IVA agreement?

                  funny you mention that....

having worked for Harley Davidson in Essex for 2 years, I know and am friends with a fair few of said angels, I hadnt really thought about this option untill you just jogged my memory, and seeing as said gentleman/company took a perfectly good pair of GT3 front calipers from me 4 months ago, in deposit for the 996 brake kit they were putting together for me, and now they dont even have the common courtsey to answer the phone or or reply to my emails regarding this I might have to have a word with my persuasive friends, its getting to the point im not finding his rudeness funny anymore and somebody is going to have to do something!

                        Hi Thomas,

My original machine shop went out of business leaving my company in a difficult situation with a significant amount of orders that we are struggling to fulfil. I have moved the design of bracket to a new business for them to manufacture for us.
Your order is still live and will be sent as soon as we have the brackets. I have all other parts here and your calipers look very good in RS2 blue.
Again I apologise for the delay.

                        Kind regards

                        Corey Jones"
                        Thomas,

I suppose that goes some way to explain why he bit my hand off and said he could use my gt3 calipers and take them in part ex and as a deposit as a show of good will so he didnt go to the expense of sorting out the 996 boxster s calipers, discs, pads, brackets and braided lines and then when there ready me saying i didnt want them! Ironic isnt it, putting your trust in someone whos so distrusting who steals from you!

So in short he robs from peter to pay paul, but never pays paul!

Not to take any side to the issues themselves, but a scammer in finland was caught doing his business, red handed, multiple times. Despite he got caught multiple times, he continued. As authorities were unable to stop him, some enthusiasts arranged a trap for him. Miraculously he escaped from apparent serious mutilation, and started counterattacking his own victims, by making reports of an offense of all people talking bad about him anywhere in the internet.

Dozens of people around the country were sued for denigrating or threatening him. Some groups were charged for agitating against single person. Some got pretty high fines, and I think some needed to pay him descent settlements.

So be warned. If someone really kicks this guy's nuts to his kidneys, and he goes to police, all of You who talk bad about him here, may end up in trouble.
