yes, I know...
with 50/50 it goes to 10.6 and EGT 950-980...
the old MOTRONIC Setup was 10.3 and 950-985... ign 26.25
but this is all unexplainable rich and high...[__]=oooo=[__]Comment

are you sure, your EGT is well calibrated? After a good run, does your header glow a little?Comment

I think this is pretty normal.
Take any newer Audi RS car for a spin like this, and they will quickly reach 980C EGT, and then flood the engine until EGT drops.
You should know this if you are playing with ME7
To stabilize the EGT on prolonged full throttle (german: vollgasfest), you have to do some pretty drastic things.
You must either lower the boost, run a very rich AFR or both to keep the EGT's stable.
The trick to do this without hurting the performance in lower gears is to use EGT's for closed loop mixture control. Or EGT based enrichment.
Sadly not possible with the old Motronic, so I use IAT's for this (as they shoot up as well eventually). But with VEMS it should be possible to do it "properly".Comment

Yes I know from reading a lot stuff - hours and hours ;-)... testing with OSTRICH... in VEMS now, I have a function like ME7 (BTS) ... if the EGTs are going to far, the boost is lowered and fuel is added... an now 50/50 is added... BTS has nothing to do now...I think this is pretty normal.

maybe i could mount a second injector and add timing/remove fuel...
but the EGT problem is only relevant at 1% of running time, because 99% of time I do not run faster than 200... ...no problems on 1/4 mile runs...[__]=oooo=[__]Comment

well,done¡¡¡
with engine hot after the test just iddling before stop the car : 480ºC
3rd gear / 6000rpm : 600ºC
4th gear / 6000rpm : 650ºC
5th gear / 6000 rpm : 725ºC
boost was around 1.8/2.0bar not WOT,around 80% TPS,i cant go WOT since it is very rich and i have explosions in the exhaust
,the car very fast anyway
no Water/meth injection and 12ºC outside
turbo is GT3076 0.82AR
are they normal my EGT?
and here you can see where and how is fitted the EGT sensor

There's no real point in doing it unless you can go WOT. I see about 760°C in mine after an uphill 6th gear pull, EGT sensor is in the same place as your.
I've always been told that you should be looking at around 850°C with the sensor after the turbo?sigpic

In that position the sensor will have a wider difference on low temps and smaller on higher temperature.well, done¡¡¡

Ar some point in my setups I had 2 egt sensors one on the hotside and one on the downpipe, further down than yours.
When I used to get 900C on the hotside I had around 830-850 on the downpipe, about 25-30cm away. So the sensor being where it is is actually quite close to the figures you would see on the manifold.
My sensor now is on the collector and I never push it more than 950.
