    A8/S8 carrier - 4D0 615 425C (2-off)
    Calipers from RR quattro or UrS4/S6 - 447 615 423 and 447 615 424
    S8 pads for those 280mm discs - 1J0 698 451L

Calipers should be in good condition, and emergency brake function fully operating.

It seems yes but I'll never try it with the car parked in a hill ,I always park the car with the a gear.

You don't need all this stuff seprately. Just take S8 rear calipers + discs or S8 rear calipers + B7 discs in a case you want 300x22mm vs S8 disc 280x22mm calipers and carriers are same...
I think that I had somewhere one set of rear S8 calipers

You need the face lift S8 rear carriers, from 1999 onwards. The earlier carriers were built for 20mm discs and aren't wide enough for 22mm vented discs. Watch out buying these off breakers as they don't seem to have a clue and will sell you the early carriers which won't fit. I found out the hard way!
