For a V10 it depends if it's a split journal/crossplane V10 if i'm right.
Those fire two cilinders at a time on opposed banks.
Can't find the Audi V10 firing order, but it could be 1-6-2-7-4-9-5-10-3-8 if journal separation angles are alike the ones we run.
Only firing order i can find (which makes more sense 2nd order balance wise) is 1-6-5-10-2-7-3-8-4-9, so that would mean that you need to swap the output pins indeed, or reconfigure it in the output table.
