I´m thinking of doing the brackets myself and save some money. Looked through the thread again and the answer was almost there

      So:

Zimmermann´s 330mm x 34mm rotor´s height is 69,5mm so hub is 35,5mm. What is the hub height for 045/046 rotor ? Is it 45mm and total height 77mm, can somebody confirm this ?

Looks like you have to use ~10mm wheel spacers with OEM wheels with these disks? So basically I need to put "more" offset (~10,5 mm) of and add "height" for the caliber side bracket ~ 4mm bigger radius and I am there.

I understand your confusion. I am going to attempt to clear a few things up.

911 (996 Turbo 4) disc has less offset than standard RS2 disc

STANDARD RS2: 304mm diameter/322mm diameter, 77mm overall height, 45mm hub height, 32mm thickness (30mm minimum wear thickness) 103mm hub centering diameter

PORSCHE 911 (996 Turbo 4): 330mm diameter, 69.5 overall height, 35.5 hub height, 34mm thickness (32mm minimum wear thickness) 98mm hub centering diameter

Pair of EBC front discs £174 a pair

        GSF drilled discs (95.40 each)

This means the 911 disc sits closer to the inside of the wheel than stock, therefore you will require custom caliper brackets/carriers. I wouldn't suggest using a wheel spacer behind the disc to compensate. Proper brackets are the only option.

the difference in hub centering diameter is not an issue. The true centre diameter of an RS2 hub is something like 86mm (difficult to measure but certainly small enough not to cause a problem)

Jamos part numbers at the bottom of page 2 are spot on.

          Thanks for the info!

I´m hoping to get the disks and calibers this week (shipping in process) so I can do some fitting and measurements for the bracket. With the wheel spacer I was thinking that the brake caliber will sit closer to wheel, so maybe it will be needed to have proper clearance to the wheel. I´ll find out when I fit the disk and caliber.
