Could you make a list of the parts you used from upgrading the S2 brakes to this verrrrry nice 330mm setup please?
Can you make more of these spacers/hubs?
Only other thing on the list would be B7 S4 rear brake lines and new handbrake cables to modify.
I can probably get more hubs/spacers made. I'd need to speak to my father in law on the machining to find out pricing etc. Brand new OE rear hubs are £91.50 + VAT each so would be best to machine secondhand ones on an exchange basis. If my old hubs are still at the workshop we may be able to start there.
The other option is to get them made locally. It is a fairly simple (but permament) modification. The spacer is merely a replica of the front face of the existing hub with a recess in the rear side. The hub is then machined down to leave a step for the recess in the spacer to locate over.

I was thinking about this. Maybe this is what you're saying here but why not just manufacture entirely new hubs in like 7075 Alu or something? Did you look into making new hubs? Sorry if I ask stuffs you might already have said, it's the language and the current state of my head/mind/brain.
How are they seated in the "hub housing"? As soon as you loose the middle ginormous bolt that holds the drive shaft, can you then remove the hub? Or is it seated in some other way?
I always aim for making modifications that easily can be reverted back to original. So a new hub would probably be my path. If there's not any extreme problems with that approach that I'm missing out.

Complete specialised hubs would be the best solution. We considered it but it would be very expensive to have them manufactured. Other than that if you can make them or get them made for a reasonable price then go for it. It is always good to see ideas develop.
The hubs are pressed into the rear wheel bearings. you would need to remove the rear uprights to press them in and out.

You, or anybody else for that matter, don't happen to have some pics of the hub in all it's "unpressed" glory? Curious to see how that baby looks all naked.

Hey... How did your brackets center over the disc? Noticed that the RS4 one isn't all parallel to the disc. Something you noticed? Any theories why this is so or if it matters at all? Have attached a lil pic of what I mean, it's seen from above.
