      problem is resolved.

I changed the block in the engine compartment where the pump for the brakes also sit, it must make some form of back pressure and if it is not making enough press reports the error when you start driving

got some hints from an audi electrical expert here in Denmark

and the car went straight through the inspection day
nice so I can soon get number plates on it

Once an audi s2 coupe on the streets again

for the first time since the car was expoteret from germany in 3/27/2002

      cheers christian bogh

        Christian

Can you tell me exactly where this block is (or post a picture) as I am having exactly the same problems with my URQ 20v RR after refurbishing all my calipers, fitting new seals, and new ablative caps on the sensors plus the brake pressure id porr despite new Goodridge hoses all round and new O rings etc in the pistons and new fluid (all bled system - no air)

My car has not been used much in the past 5 years so thinki9ng this could also be a componet failure in the system

        Thanks
        Paul
