Is it the 965.351.045.00 and 965.351.046.00 that should be used then? They got the same offset as stock RS2 brakes?
Agreed! There does not seem to be any reference to these discs.
Back to square one! Unless those brackets are to fit those discs you will be no better off. Surely the retailer must know the application of their products!
Jade, its not ideal but you could surely just reuse those VRS carriers by using a washer to move the bracket inboad and two spacers or a single strip of material to move the caliper out the 4mm required assuming they are 330X34mm. Unless you can obtain any replacements seems a bit pointless making bespoke brackets as once the discs are worn out there will be no replacements available!
Or sell those 322mm VRS brackets and get some made to the correct spec. Shouldn't be too dificult to calculate the dimensions necessary.

I can give you measurements of the VRS adaptors, and if I locate the correct adaptors for my needs I will sell my VRS ones if that's any help

That would be useful to check against the dimensions already made public on another thread.
I doubt whether you will be able to find any brackets as we cannot even identify the source application of the discs. Assuming they are 996 then any matching bracket would not suit your application od the discs and RS2 bells/hats.
So basically you have the two options. Make your own or modify (non destructively) your existing ones. The advantage of the second option is that its easier to remove spacers so you always have the option of going back to the easier to source 322mm discs either one or two piece.

kinda offtopic but.. If I do decide to go for 322x32mm discs, or in general, should I change pads also? Teilecar that I bought the calipers from shipped with used pads that has a lot left on them and when I checked price for new pads at my Porsche dealer I was glad I sat down or I would have fallen and hurt myself (they wanted $450 for a set).

I've always replaced pads when I've replaced discs before but at that price I was tempted to run with the old ones if it doesn't damage the disc.

Well, best practice for a safety critical system would be to replace them. However the choice of pads is a personal one as is their characteristics. You do not need to pay Porsche prices for replacements. Usually they are Textar so cost effective replacements are available.
The cheapskate in me says that if there is plenty of meat left on them and they have no abnormal wear (taper) then I don't see the harm as long as you are cautious initially until they bed in with the discs.

Exactly what the cheapskate in me are thinking Don't get me wrong I will not save money on behalf of the safety so if that is the issue then it's new pads for sure. It's just that when reasoning on it I don't really see why 70%used pads should not be possible against new discs when they are in ok condition. It's the pads that will bed in with the discs anyways I guess.

Just to know it for later, it's the calipers that decide what pads I can use and not the discs in any way right? The pads are the same if used on 322mm/330mm/350mm discs right?

Or another alternative might be to go for eh,, shall we say a more cost effective choice of disc. Again the aftermarket offers a choice over the Porsche cost!
This is interesting if you didn't necessarily want X drilled discs. It implies that there is a Porsche 928 undrilled alternative if i have read it correctly. You would need to do some research to make sure though. Not sure whether there is a cost beneft!
This brake rotor or disc is used on many big brake kits and is the non drilled version of 965.351.045.00 and 965.351.046.00 which was used on the 965 Turbo 3.6 in 1993-1994. Direct fitment for Porsche 928 GTS from 1992-1995.

If you stick to OE discs with a large annulus then pads are not usually an issue. On more racing orientated stuff the annulus is often reduced which does cause issues.

This is a bit OT as well but many of the discs appear to originate from Sebro.
Ihr Spezialist für Bremsscheiben, Bremstrommeln, Motorenteile, Getriebe und Fahrwerksteile.

IF there was a demand, I dare say they could make a batch of discs either in one piece as a direct replacement in 330X34mm or a rotor like Jade's for use with the RS2 bell/hat. I wonder if they were responsible for Jade's discs.
You would need to establish whether or not it is possible to cram 330X34 discs within the wheel with the caliper in or near its original position thereby maximising clearance.
Of course there are pros and cons but ultimately due to the caliper issues its only going to get harder to source replacements. The biggest con is in trying to organise something like this as people commit early on and bale when it comes to fronting up the money.
Still might be worth a email using the p/n Jade provided to see whether they had any involvement. Somebody made those disc!

I want X drilled ones Not for the performance but for the looks

Will order 965.351.045.00 and 965.351.046.00 from my Porsche dealer tomorrow as it was about same price as getting them from abroad ($590 including vat) and then I can test this before I go out for work again. Adapters are ordered and hopefully they are shipped tomorrow so I got them before the weekend.

Will post back as soon as I get things assembled so I see how it fit.

Unfortunately as they are both from rare models there is probably not much of a saving to be had unless you luck in on ebay!
Well we know the disc and calipers fit it just the brackets to worry about!
Frustrating as the regular 996T discs are very affordable.

I am not looking for advise, I know what I have do... I was stating from the start there was no 330mm option but due to the parts I have I can make some thing work for my needs

it was just if I found the disc you had I just needed to find a RS2 322 hat/bell and I could have made them work for me also. Only problem was that I couldn't find any disc like you have for 996 :/

Short update from me all parts have arrived and I will try to assemble it tonight. Got a bit dissapointed when I noticed that the stock 996 bolts for the calipers seems to have other threads than the adapter I bought. Anyone got a tip on howto measure inside threads? Easy to measure the bolt..

Measure the bolt pitch. If its 1.5mm and the bracket is different its probably a 1.75mm pitch. Difference between fine and coarse. Difficult to measure unless you just happen to have a known pitch bolt to compare!
