The UFO hub carriers have the same bolt spacing as the Cayenne calipers. I am using the A6 4.2 disc @ 350mm to do a mock up test fit but will probably use the larger 360mm disc & cut it down to 354-355mm. I will post pics when I can.

The North American vehicles never did get the HP2 brakes but the bolt hole spacing for mounting the caliper is the same for both hub carriers. On the V8 hub carriers, the caliper mounting bolt holes are sized for a 12mm bolt but I can enlarge them safely to 14mm. I am using the A6 rotor sized at 347mm & the 18z pads contact the rotor right to the inner & outer edges of the rotor face. Can you provide a picture of the bushings that mount the Cayenne caliper to the HP2 strut? I am not able to mount the caliper flush to the ears of the UFO brake style hub carrier. Looks like I need about a 20mm spacer for this to work.
    Thanks, Chris
the issue is you have the UFO struts.the differences between the HP2 Struts and UFO's the mounting distance from ear to ear.HP2 has 130mm on mounting distance
which's the same as Cayenne calipers.the Calipers can directly be mounting on the
HP2's.you just need the 16mm bushing (spacer)to hold the calipers set right up on the center alignment with the A8 discs(360mm).these rotors has the same overall
    height as 314X30mm UrS6,323X30mm A8(D2) Discs.

If you're going to fit these calipers,i think you might need larger disc to provide the space for the customs bracket to be mounted between the strut ears and Calipers ears.like this...

let me know if you need any inputs.

I rezized the disc by machining it down
From the 360mm to 354mm IIRC since
physically ,the silver calipers is smaller
And narrower on the neck(will be touching
The rotor edge when you fitted the caliper on
the rotor).i sold the orange calipers to my friend
And also want to try if the silver's is just also bolt
Right up on HP2's struts.personally i think the
Orange calipers is most straightfoward and easily
Set all the things up on our car.the silver calipers
was taken from 955 cayenne S 4.5L and
The orange banana shape cailper was taken from
    2007-2010 957 cayenne 4.8L.i believe it's also identical
To latest 958 cayenne and Panamera.

    Hi Pop,

Just re-reading this thread, can I ask in simple terms why you changed from the orange calipers to the silver calipers ?

Was it to with the disc / rim sizes ?

    Orange / 360mm / 19" rims

    Or

    Silver / 350mm / 18" rims

    ???

Can you advise what car the big red banana shaped brake calipers are from ?

    Thanks.

as my write up i believe you can directly fit them on HP2 strut.it needs 16mm bushings and 17ZR pads.

it's sound good for mildly upgrade. My plan is going to increase more clamping force from
multi pistons calipers with some slightly larger on sliding surface.I can ask my friend to do all fabricated and brackets for cheap though.

I'm still having the rear cayenne calipers laying around.I'm going to install them soon after i finished tuning the VEMS.
My plan is getting the rotor from Audi Cars.I found the front and rear rotor shares the same overall height which is
    59,5mm.

Simply plan is using 314X30 mm front rotor as my rear rotor but the issue is i have not yet mocked up them on the rear struts.
Since i will need to measure if the gap between the strut mounting and calipers mounting has enough space for the customs
bracket. We need the customs bracket on the rear since the rear cayenne calipers is also the side mount style as you found on
the front cayenne calipers.unfortunately, the mounting distance on the strut is different from rear cayenne calipers.

Second plan, the worse if there's inadequate space between the mounting.i'd consider some bigger rotors.I found most of the VAG

has biggest rear rotor around 310X22mm.Solution is getting front 323x30mm rotors from 1998A8 D2 4,2 or go bigger like 347x30mm

rotor from A6 C6 4,2 and resized it down to particular size for the customs bracket.

About the E-brake,the cheapest way is getting the hydraulic master cylinder from Mazda RX7(FD3S) and use it for E-brake.

the cons is you can only use only one side for the E-brake.Alternatively but more $ is getting Separated Brembo E-brake calipers.

As you've seen on the Dodge Viper or later Ferrari F430 Scuderia.by doing this you're still able to get the E-brake working on both

wheels.I'll keep psoting once i have done on the VEMS.

    Cheers,
    Pop

17ZR Brake pads fully bites on the rotors sliding face.

Stock HP2 Caliper on 314X30mm rotor.

The calipers just bolt right up the HP2 Struts.

Ps.You need 4X of longer bolts version.I couldn't remember the length.you just simply add 16mm exntended length on the bolts

The Caliper under 19" A5 Black edition rims

The Caliper under 18"X9" ET42 Genuine BBS LM.

SS Braided lines from Goodridge and got MB brake fluid for it(I found it laying around in my garage lol save a couple quids on Brake Fluid).
