I would like to install the brake in the next few days.
Can I the brake caliper install now so, that below the large piston first detected from the brake disc?
I have full braking power?
Can I dispense the brake well?
To run off the pads evenly?
Noises when the brakes on?
Nobody can help me?
There have so many installed the caliper so that the small brake piston reaches first.
Are there problems with irregular past pads or less braking power?
I like not visually if the above cast nose is visible.
Therefore, I would spoil the caliper so that the large piston is first started.
Are there problems with it?
Have now seen both versions.
Please post in German because this translated stuff is impossible to understand.
In relation to the query on which piston is at the top?, I would suggest it will automatically be correct once the bleed nipple is kept at the top of the caliper when it is mounted, as obviously it needs to be in this position to allow any air to bleed out.
HTH.
To all, I presume the 360mm disc and matching caliper means the Audi Q7 "18z", not sure of the correct designation, is the appropriate caliper for the 360 mm disc.
If that is the case what range of disc sizes can be used with the 18z caliper ?
and
If that is the case what range of disc sizes can be used with the 17z caliper ?
Lastly, where does one buy the appropriate caliper mounting brackets and bolts for either the 17z or 18z calipers ?

Only if they are being used on a car with leading calipers as per the cayenne.
So are ok for a UrS car.
Whereas as S2 has trailing calipers so the bleed nipples and cross over tube need to be swapped.
