The Mercedes 330x32 discs look like a good bet, they just need the ID sorting and are around 1kg heavier than my current discs, which I can live with.

I have someone locally who can make the bells, I have drawn them but not got an exact price yet, ballpark around £150 each. I think he said he used 2014. sounds like overkill to me, probably cheaper to make it a thicker in 6082 for the sake of a few grams
Hi-Spec sel universal bells, in various offsets, they just need the centre bore machining. If you're having bespoke caliper carrier brackets made up, it would make sense to use a universal bell as they are much cheaper than custom

£140 per 335x32 disc, £50 per bell. + VAT. I think not... I've 'warped' a few discs from the car sitting outside, so £400 to replace them would make me ...

Yup its certainly not the cheapest solution, but once you feel the enormous weight of the 345s you will reconsider The poor old mcstruts will thank you for it.
I don't think replacing the bells every time you do a set of rotors is necessary, and remember you normally need around a 60mm pad swept area for road caliper like the GT3s, so that really limits your choices... still they're at least 2 x the cost of Brembo 314s

2 piece custom bells mine andy.

not sure you remember but I was one of the lucky quattronics customers who got what they paid for.

tbh think bambridge may have made them for quattronics but cant be sure

Found a VW commercial disc at 333x32 hat height 55mm approx. Centre bore is 76mm so an integrated spigot & spacer would work well. There's also a 340x32, same dims otherwise.

Don't think it offers anything over the Merc disc with enlarged centre bore.

Check the pcd. Some comercials have strange pcds.
Cayenne calipers have the wrong spacing on the cast in lugs so need adaption for the S2. They bolt straight onto a URS6.
