I have a seized rear driver side caliper and need discs and pads. So it seems a good time to do an upgrade if such a thing exists? Anything out there. I'm willing to change both calipers if required.
I got your PM, but I'll put the answer here. I can offer a adapter kit to use with UrS stock rear calipers and 310x22mm discs. Price is 35e/kit(bolts not included). This kit has been track proven and a lot of users have it already, and I havn't got any bad feedback.
Then if you wan't get rid of the stock calipers, I have an kit coming for fitting Touareg rear Brembo calipers and 330x22mm discs on our cars. Of course there isn't any e-brake mechanism in this caliper, but the adapter has fitting point's for a custom e-brake solution. This havn't been tested yet, big test will be next summer on track.

Ready for those brackets when you have them finished. I will happily beta test them.
I can supply you a pair of them, shipping in a week if you wan't. There is two minor problems left with the fitting. One is that the lower caliper fitting is a really tight fit. Would propably bee needed to use a countersenk bolt and little machining on the caliper ear. Second issue is that you can't fit the caliper deeper in, the disc isn't in the middle of it, so would propably need to use a 4-5mm spacer behind the disc.

I would make the beta tester for the front brake adapters
That can be arranged.

So I fitted the brackets and bigger disks with new textar pads. Big improvement! On a cold greasy road I can easily lock the rear wheels at 50mph with the handbrake! !
Even that there is a great improvement in the braking force, I had zero problems with locking rears at track last summer. No lockups what so ever (not talking about the e-brake).

Thuppu UrS4/S6 rear brake upgrade is deffenitly worth to do.
It did it for my UrS4 and i can even lock rear wheels with handbrake 100kmh. I had to try.
Also this setup looks great, before the disc where so small thet they were bearly visible behind the wheels.
