Relief valve is part of it, and the servo is underneath, its the pipe on the bottom.

New ones aint cheap. 280+vat retail and the servo is around 600 quid!!!!!!!!!

I havent found anywhere that can recon them yet, but i know of a citroen place that does the suspension spheres for them, they might be able to recon an Audi item as its the same idea.

seems like a reasonable assumption. Will have a look at that in the week. decided to paint my headlights today instead and fit my ECU back in properly.

I've tried to do the hydraulic test from the write up. The return from the servo is the pipe on top as far as I can work out. Anyone got a clever way of undoing this pipe? The nut is right against the bulkhead and you cannot get a proper brake pipe spanner around it. I think I'm going to round the nut with a normal spanner...doh

Any other ways of testing that the servo seals are good and the bomb is bad..... before I buy a new bomb

                    Cheers

                    Rob

I recondition them here in the USA (only one that does this afaik) but can't guarantee the check valve, only the nitrogen charge.

I need to build a whole other rig to check the check valve and the little bit of profit will not cover the cost of it.

A hard pedal is usually the bomb...

BTW, I sell receonditioned bombs for $79.
