Thanks guys, I agree it would maybe look cool for shows and stuff, but I'll stick with the 6000k and be safe instead of a tart

Back on topic and further to my recent post on "Main Beam Failing - Heck"

I can confirm the you can modify a 3B or early ABY that does NOT keep dipped lights on when using Main Beam by following the instructions in this thread:

embarrassing isn't it. I daren't look at the date of my previous post! I have been busy at work, busy at the weekend and then went on holiday. If I had know how easy it was I would have done it much sooner....

The cost is likely to be maybe just over half the price of a current kit. BUT, that is not set in stone, it totally depends on the outcome of my testing as to whether I sign off on it or mod it.

                Hi Martyn
Just wondered did anything come of your project to develop HID fog lights?

I know Martyn was running Fog HID's but you don't need a specific kit for it, Jas11n and Rotoryboy had HID fogs of the standard HID kits they supply.

Does anyone know where I can find Maryn's HID fitting instructions as the links no longer work?
