Hi,
Well will have to do some serious pressure testing.
I was planning to block off the 3 small hoses going into the IM and then apply pressure at where the small hose connects to the diverter valve. However iam unsure what happens when i apply pressure since the fuel regulator will come under pressure aswell, will it hold the pressure or will the pressure leak out there?
When testing the big hoses, i was planning on testing from the turbo outlet and the all the way up to the IM, does this seem right?
How can i best test the WG? since my local dealer how change the WG membrane said the the shaft looked really worn or bad. IMO i dont value his word that high, but can i test if the shaft is oki somehow. I can get my fingers on a used WG for around 50£, but can one change the shaft?
Also i have no idea how to test the PVC system since this also seems to be able to make overboost cutoff?
