I really feel sorry for poor Johnny Boy.
I hope his car gets sorted soon.
But what the hell happened to his engine?
What's the cause of this disaster? Maybe we could all learn something here.
Could the boost spikes Johnny was experiencing put the necessary extra strain on a potentially weak cylinder head, causing it to fail? I'm not sure, but it would be nice to get to the root cause, whatever it was.
Go easy guys. Keep it clean.

. The boost leak kit that I have is the same as most people have on the forum and this does not test the intercooler to throttle body, the test that we did proved that none of the other hoses were leaking and they could now be crossed off the list. The WGFV that was fitted came from working car, the fact that it turned out to be FUBARD’d I cannot explain. As for the kink in the ECU hose, well Johnny’s boost gauge is T’d into that hose at the ECU and as the gauge was still showing 25psi we did not think to check this.
