tuning options for RS2 spec 3B motor?

Currently, I have a bone stock 3B motor (except for urS4 metal head gasket and Raceware head studs) with Mihnea's software and 2.5 PT that's good for about 275hp, so I'm told. All stock 3B intake plumbing, including S2 intercooler. In the spring, I will be upgrading the engine with the following parts:

    RS2 turbo
    RS2 green injectors
    RS2 MAF
    RS2 exhaust manifold
    7A fuel pressure regulator

My question is, has Mihnea developed an "off the shelf" chip set and PT for a 3B with these specs? If not, what other options do I have? Looking to make 360+ HP.

By the way, I have all of the parts mentioned above except for the EM. Anyone got one for sale???

But to make the 360+ you will also need at least a better exhaust and a better IC.
I hope you already replaced the 3b bearings with rs2 bearings because these are not up to this taks.

That is correct, you should really do the Rod bearings (big ends) and fit the RS2 Intercooler.

Change also 5x newer type Audi coils + ADU style ECU with wiring mod + parts. Benefit: you can use ADU level ECU SW.

Tom doesnt use coilpacks on his 3B monster and is running well past 400 horses, its not necessary to convert to coilpacks.

I will have a 3" SS exhaust from the DP back with a high flow cat, center resonator and rear muffler. I plan on keeping the S2 intercooler though. I've also heard that the 3B internals are good to 400+ HP. I really don't want to start getting into that level of modification. There are plenty of guys in the US running RS2 gear on the their 3B's at pretty high HP without problem. If I don't upgrade to the RS2 IC, what kind of HP and torque numbers should I expect?

The RS2 IC is such a simple mod, that i dont see any point in not doing it to be honest, its pretty much a direct fit, apart from needing slight modification for the bracket on the oil cooler side to fit.

It fits behind a standard bumper and will provide better value for money on all the other mods that you will have done.

I agree that it's a simple mod. The problem is trying to get one! Living in Canada, S2 parts are hard enough to come by, let alone RS2 parts! The chances of finding a good used IC that isn't bent from a front end hit are pretty slim. Then it's another thing trying to get it shipped here! Having said that, if anyone knows where I can get one at a reasonable price, I'd love to know!!!

Is the RS2 crossmember different than the S2 crossmember? ie, can I get away with just acquiring the IC and using my S2 crossmember?

You could always use a custom IC theres plenty in the states and they can be cheaper than RS2 me thinks.

Yeah, but I'm a bit of a stickler for keeping things factory!

I'm using the 3B crossmember with an RS2 IC, you just have to make a bracket to hold it at the Turbo end.
