Looks really good Mark. My intake manifold should turn out similar. Is that a 75mm mustang throttle body I spy?

Please send me some pictures once you get it on the car. I want to see how it all fits.

Damn, I'm glad to see some of my ideas in a finished manifold. Thats what I love about the internet. Even if I can't pull off an idea at the moment I come up with it. I throw it out there and soon enough someone is doing it.

So wheres Mr Motronic to tell me my cooling system will never work and I'll crack the head or something like that? Mihnea?

Well, I dont really want to throw out any numbers yet. I need to get it up and running strong before I go running my mouth. I'm just looking for big power. We'll see. Anyone else doing a big turbo over on that side of the pond?

What are your plans for air filtration? There doesn't seem to be much room there?

In my type 44 chassis I think I have enough room for a nice airfilter. I will have more pictures next week when the gt42R arrives

Seems to be lowered a lot, and has porker or similar big brakes .

One thing I can't get - why ? I mean why to play with that big, fat and soft thing when you can tune typ85 ? I'm asking seriously, because usually it has enough power to play with chav's in hondas in the stock, and I don't need more. And if you stiff the suspension, pump up the engine - will you able to carry your family in it ? Something doesn't fit in my head.

That isn't my car above. I just think it is a cool looking type 44. The simple fact is that I bought the 91 200tq with the 20vt in it. Since then, I have started to look at making it go faster. I have spent the last few years saving and learning as much as possible. I'm not out to have the fastest audi in the world. I just want to see how far I can push the engine. Once I feel that I've developed the engine as far as is reasonably attainable, I will pull the motor out of the 200tq, and put it in either a 4000q(they call them 80q in the rest of the world) or I wouldn't mind a couple quattro. Whatever the engine goes into it will have a full cage, Ohlins suspension, and be out to kill the porsches on the track.
