Idle and stalling problems when hot

    Well,

I have change MAF, ISV, TPS, PLUGS, Lambda, Dizzy, Fuel Filter, Fuel pump.

Problems is that sometimes the car will suddenly start to stall. This happens if you press the clutch, then it will drop to 500 rpm and then go back up.
Or if you just slightly press the gas pedal, it will drop to 500 rpm and then go up.
This does seem to be worse when I have been driving in traffic for some while.
Also taking the maf plug off, will help sometime.
But the strange thing is that wenn it suddenly start to go bad, it also seems to be running rich. Now is there anything in the ECU, that can cause the car to over fuel?
I think this is an electrical problem, but i am not sure.
Well any suggestions are welcome, also it is not the ISV. It only drops down to 500 rpm and then go back up and then stays rock solid on 800 rpm.

Bad throttle position switch adjustment perhaps? Does it click? If it doesn't, motronic does not know it should control idle.

Btw you never sent me the message you promised.

It does click and I changed the whole throttle position switch thing, then one located on the back of the intake manifold.

if you disangage the ISV does it still do the idle problem? It could be new and still have problems.Have you cleaned the butterfly valve? Also have you ever changed the coil packs?Maybe one of them is short circuiting. Also, are you using some kind of aftermarket air filter? If yes then this could be your problem.Try the original paper filter and see if you get any difference.Mine did this problem when i used a KN filter and it stopped as soon as i changed back to paper filter!!!good luck!!

If I disconnect the ISV, it is the same. Tried different ISV and it is not the problem. And furthermore as far as i know the ISV control idle and normal the idle will be rough, going up and down. Mine is dead on at 800 rpm, but then sometimes it drops down.
Running stock air filter, plugs, cord fron the plugs to the dizzy are new. The dizzy are new, i dont think the 3B uses coil packs? (Or maybe i dont understand the word right).

Now what is the butterfly valve? Is it the N75 valve? Because that is new.

unfortunatelly i dont have a picture on this laptop but what im talking about is the part where the throttle connects and opens when you press the accelerator. One of the ways it is called is butterfly valve. This part usually gets dirty from oil fumes going in and out from the inlet manifold. It can be cleaned with some piece of cloth and gasoline.

                  Hi,
Check for any leaks in your vacum hoses, notably the crankcase breather hose to the throttle housing for example?
                  Good luck.

I get the same problem, if I turn the car off after a blast or after sitting in traffic its a ****** to get started again. Its absolutely fine (well in comparison) when starting from freezing cold, but just when its hot its a bit tempremental(sp)!

Being lazy here, whats the first thing I should check as I've not cleaned my MAF or checked anything under the bonnet to do with this!!!
