To me 0.6 bar sounds like ECU safe mode

ok will re-clean tomorrow but, as i said i just cleaned a month ago.
-i installed new one ,didnt reoil the old one
-wires are checked,will recheck again
yes i have a boost gauge
boost frequency is n75 right? everything looks ok there,actually changed n75 last wednesday

not on the first gear.

checked everything again np;
but something different :
my car used to peak 20 psi and 15 continous psi but it peaks 20 and keeps 20 all the time untill 5000 rpm then drops to 6 psi
what can cause this?

Did you clean the MAF ?
I know that you cleaned it a month ago, but you put a new (and oiled) K&N after that right?!!

After clean up the maf, unplug the battery to clean the ECU also.

Just one more test. If you apply the brakes and maintain the car at 4500rpm at wide open throttle, is the boost maintained at 15psi or it drops? If it drops, probably you have a bad hose in some place. Put an air pump at the intake and listen for where is the leak.

made 4th and last leak test with home made drucktesters .
nothing is wrong

cleaned maf again but was clean as a plate

removed battery for ecu rest

intercooler hose added


will see tomorrow....

there is nothing left i can do..

still same,spent 10 days did 100's of tests,changed lots of parts but still same
no error code no nothing but still cuts at 5000rpm and cuts boost on fast acceleration....

things i had done to untill now:

1-changed n75

2-changed bypass valve,(under n75)

3-changed air filter

4-cleaned maf

5-did hundereds of hose leak test result:everything is ok

6-no fault code on computer

7-controlled intercooler and in-outs hundred times

8-controlled all hoses ,i mean all not just turbo releated

9-changed spark plugs

10-controlled all wires releated to sparks

11-removed cleaned ane reinstalled rpm sensors

12-removed lambda nothing changed,sprayed,dried and re instaleed

13-removed battery terminals on each step to clear ecu

14-rechecked breather

car is still cutting at 5000 and stalling on fast shifting

any comments ? ideas? suggestions?

erm....just a thought - have you replaced your fuel filter ?

its amazing the havoc that a blocked or partially blocked fuel line/ filter can cause with injection/Turbos with surging etc
