  • 7a block stroker

I’m thinking of building stroker short block from a spare 7a block I have in garage. I’m using 95.5mm crank also it’s going to be turbo not n/a power would like people who have done this what rod to pistons you went for

FCP engineering has a set they can order for you.
I plan to do the same but with smaller pistons

I’ve asked fcp already but not had a answer on rod length to use

I don't think FCP make a piston for this combination of parts, I think you're going to need a 144mm rod with a custom piston.

I have requested a set of pistons that has the 4032 T6 alloy that expands less. I don't like oil consumption. Hopefully they can make one

I have unicorn crank for that kind of setup, 92.8mm
Then u can use 144mm rod and cheap supra or tfsi piston, also positive ise u have less stress on engine, better piston speed and rod/stroke ratio.
Crank is original, have whole abt c5 coupe engine

What's the best comp ratio to go for , for such an engine. Boost no.more than 2bar

The pistons I’ve been told to use are 8.5 comp
