    I5 - Tommis - Billet Steel Gear Crankshaft & Bolt ?

    Hi Guys,

I'd like to buy one of these for my AAN.

    https://www.ebay.ie/itm/Steel-Gear-C...gAAOSwWflZ7lrp

This seller may not ship to Ireland. I was wondering if there is somewhere else I can buy one of these ?

Also, the big bolt that holds this in place may be NLA ?

Does anyone have any other sources for this bolt ?

Does the bolt strictly have to be replaced each time ?

    Thanks for any input.

p.s. don't want to use a standard oem cog Mark.

That pulley from tommis billet is half a tooth out in timing. Just for your information.

The bolt is being stretched so it should be replaced.

You can get the bolt at Audi tradition

I got one of Terrybullwon's cro-mo pulleys a couple of weeks ago. It looks lovely and with all in one construction so no lose key to drop or worry about losing. I can't see what you get for the extra money on the Tommis item other than a brand name?

                        The issue is not loctite.

It is that the bolt is stretched and it should not be reused.

Could safely be used a couple of times. Been there done it.

Diesel bolt 200Nm + 270 degrees... <- thats insane... think about it.
