hi,
fuel arrives at the injection ramp, I have a spark, but the injectors do not open to inject.
voltage reaches the connector, about 7v, but it is not enough apparently.
any ideas?
Have you done a search here to see if others have had similar?
Here's two examples of trouble-shooting, 1st an inter-relation between ignition and injector opening; 2nd a -very- long and detailed diagnosis and good final outcome:

3b engine, got wet motor and wiring.
currently all perfectly dry, sanded masses, relays changed and all fuses changed.
immobilizer changed, ecu perfectly dry but pending review.
The starter moves well, there is a strong and constant spark, fuel in the rail but the injectors do not open.
It is a translation, I feel if something is lost.
Maybe the fuel pressure is too low?
Fuel pump failing?
Dizzy timing is good? It must be perfect on a 3B.
Do you have spark on all plugs?
i have spark, sure.
I disconnected the hose to the fuel rail and took it to a bottle, in 2 seconds I had to fill a can of beer, I think it works well.
Without the well-drawn distributor, would it give me an error in the hall and block the injectors?
I have it approximately as it says in the manual 3b.
I have to get the electrical connectors to the injectors to change them, when I change them I will try everything again, but I need a brainstorm
If the hall sensor timing is out you can get a spark only on cylinder 1.
I think the injectors are grounded at the bolt on the Inlet manifold. I guess you checked this when you sanded the “masses” ? (ground or earth) the ground wire might be broken, check continuity from the injectors to ground.
Can you do an output test? You can fire each injector in turn from the ECU. You need Vagcom ( or maybe there is a way to do it with a jumper?)
