Thanks for all the advices,I did't founded 180 degree silicone hose, only 90 degree.
I will try to make something with that,I don't like it either.

The bumper was cut in 3 places, the side that is under the car,I will post pictures with that too.

    Cheers,
    Costan.

PS: what boost should I have after this?I have only a stage 1 chip. The the consumption should be higher now with this IC?

Thats really not cool, Like Jamo said you need a better solution for sure. A 180 degree rubber hose should do it or if you want to carry on in metal work,

A 180 degree elbow will maybe push you to far back. Or use a series of 7 degree lobster backing and a 90 degree bend

Why did you not use a 180 degree silicone hose? that angle will cause a bottle neck but in saying that depending on your bhp level you'll not likely notice it

than steep angle doesnt look right to me.

if you are going to do so many modifications, why not modify the exit tank on the IC instead and make it go backwords? it would save a few cm as well.

    Nice fit!

Is there any restriction because of the angle after the IC?

My x-member (first idea didnt fit as I wanted had to cut those little mounting things and drill holes, however fits perfect now). Intercooler is reversed because in normal mode bumper doesnt fit and I dont want to cut it.

Next week I'll post pictures with mounted all hoses etc.

    Done.
I had lots of problems because I did not had where to buy tubes from. They were too thick (+3 mm).So I used only ~50cm of 3mm thick 60mm tube.
Did it with what I had.
Still working on my rs2 front bumber. It will fit without any problem.

The IC has core size 600x300x80.

I found that 600x300x90mm (core size, overall size bigger) was too deep to fit comfortably under the standard bumper (overall depth of that IC was 100mm). I now have fitted another unit with core size 600x300x76mm which fits nicely.

    Help me please.

Don't know what size the IC need's to have for not having lag/pressure drop.
I had asked if 600x300x76 is good and bo (i think) told me that is ok,no lag with this.
But 600x300x76 is the CORE size or the whole IC (overall) size?

I founded a new IC with good price but it is 800x300x100. Is this too large? Will there be lag? I don't intent to change the turbo with a bigger one too soon and I don't want lag/pressure drop (no one does)

bo do you remember the size of the crosmember?
    ?? mm long?

    Many thanks for response,

    Costan.
