Hmmm, that's handy to know as I was just about to order a 76mm deep one. I've already trimmed inside the bumper, did what bo did (see near beginning of thread) and quite a bit more. Really dont want to trim any more..... how did you get it angled in, using a wedge shaped washer?? Also is your car an ABY?

Mine was angled just through the inlet and outlet pipework, that pulled it in a bit and held it very steady, also stopped it from coming in towards the crank.
I basically adjusted the sitting position with the in and out pipes.91 S2 coupé - RIP

i have an 76mm thick one under a Rs2 bumper, but i am not using the snub-mount to get it to fit..
One thing i've learned we are way behind the Scandinavians!

To angle it back just put an adjustable spanner on the crossmember tabs and pull them down a bit, you probably want to shorten the pipework on the drivers side to help it move back.

Help me please.
Don't know what size the IC need's to have for not having lag/pressure drop.
I had asked if 600x300x76 is good and bo (i think) told me that is ok,no lag with this.
But 600x300x76 is the CORE size or the whole IC (overall) size?
I founded a new IC with good price but it is 800x300x100. Is this too large? Will there be lag? I don't intent to change the turbo with a bigger one too soon and I don't want lag/pressure drop (no one does)
bo do you remember the size of the crosmember?
?? mm long?
Many thanks for response,

Done.
I had lots of problems because I did not had where to buy tubes from. They were too thick (+3 mm).So I used only ~50cm of 3mm thick 60mm tube.
Did it with what I had.
Still working on my rs2 front bumber. It will fit without any problem.
The IC has core size 600x300x80.Attached Files- ic 010.jpg (68.4 KB, 106 views)

My x-member (first idea didnt fit as I wanted had to cut those little mounting things and drill holes, however fits perfect now). Intercooler is reversed because in normal mode bumper doesnt fit and I dont want to cut it.
Next week I'll post pictures with mounted all hoses etc.
