Engine Rebuild

As per title anyone recommend someone that can rebuild my engine would prefer someone that knows our engines and can source correct parts and known to the forum don't want a cowboy doing the work ! tried around where i'm from and didn't trust the feedback i had why the car is smoking like it is when idleing and smelling oiley. I have had all the gaskets changed as i was told it was oil valve stem seals so changed them all. I don't mind traveling any feedback welcome.

Have you done a compression test? That will indicate if it needs doing.
Turbo is the other possible cause.
