The locking tool fits on like this when you have the engine on tdc. As said, it fits on the front engine mount. I don’t understand your comments above as you don’t appear to have a fluid damper. Have you removed your engine mount? This is an ABY, yes?

Ok. My tool looks just like your 2084 above and it works perfectly on my aby engine (and at least four other cars I've done cambelts on) both with and without air con. Either your tool isn't right or your lower damper has been modified. It's not a fluid damper you have there, they look different to that unless it's another version I haven't seen before. If you can't make anything there, speak to Alex at Ultra Performance as he makes a locking tool that goes in the bell housing and locks the flywheel. Do not be tempted to use an impact gun on the bottom pulley

Made my own tool . Worked great. Had put the screwdriver there since there was a gap , so it would not twist it. The cambelt on the crank shaft sprocket, is it normal for it to go out like that when you turn by hand ?
On the servo pump , there should some kind of screw so you can tighten it with a long bolt , is it possible to get that somewhere ? On the movie should it move like that out and in ? I think i have som kind of leak some where there , but not sure, so it can be somekind of bearing
Check out the link to youtube.
Do you put some fat on the crank shaft bolt before tightening it ? 200nm + 180 degress ...
I assume by 'fat' you mean grease, as that would make sense from a translation point of view...
No, don't use grease, however get the threads and underside of the head of the bolt spotless with a wire brush and VERY lightly oil it with machine oil as this how they are fitted from new. If you don't do this the the 200NM will be inaccurate as you will be fighting friction and hence the +180 will also be wrong.
And absolutely do not use thread locking compound.
The end float on the hydraulic pump shaft is normal, they all have a bit, so don't worry about it unless it sounds bad when running. They all also seem to leak a bit of oil over time due the crazy pressure they generate so if it's only weeping a tiny amount again don't worry about it.
