If i change it , it will still not work , i have to check further on the electrical harness ,, there is the issue. Or something wrong inside the part it self. Hmm i should be able to hot wire it from the connector to with wires

Get a DVM on the switched live and earth the ground wire, get someone to turn the ignition key, if you don't get 12.5 ISH volts suspect the ignition switch...

Why does oiltemp show max ? What sensor controls the oil temp ?

Is the charging voltage ok ? A little bit over 13volt.

Why does my battery lamp show the charging battery lamp ?

And why does my oil lamp flashing ? What sensor controls that ?

Is it possible to measure the sensors if they are correct or broken ?

Sensor for oil temp is underneath the car, under oil pump housing. That sensor is normally reliable but wire can get damaged or corroded.

Volts a bit low but ok.

Oil pressure sensors are left side of engine. Have you tested the pressure using an external gauge?

You seem to have multiple electrical issues. Wiring ok in engine bay?

Oil temp sensor ... check forgot to connect it.

My oil pressure is good. _The one in car original and in Maxxecu.

The flashing oil light , is it for low oil pressure ?

The battery lamp ,, what activates it ?

A few years ago ours went haywire with similar (not exactly the same, our ABS went nuts as well) symptoms with an alternator voltage regulator failure. It lit up like a Christmas tree.

If you have never touched the Alternator then it's also worth while changing the bearings as well. You can buy a service kit for around £30 which includes the regulator, slip ring, bushes and bearings.

The switch is almost certainly the cause of your mom start and strange electrics. The numbers on the rear of the switch relate to their designation. EG T30 is battery, T15 is ignition switched.

So .. i bought one regulator today ,,, didnt want from ebay a complete set. The generator was very good exapt the regulator. I changed it now i have 14 volt charging. So now i will wait for the electronic on the key ignition before i do more fault looking.

So .. i changed the ignition electronic module. Its the same. It will not start. Is there somekind of relay in between ? When i put on the ignition the battery lamp is lit ,, thats ok ,, and when i try to start it goes awy , almost like you put somekind of load , or shortcut.

Hmm .. the T1 and GB cable ,,, both gives me issues one is starter and the other one is oiltemp. So if the oil temp shows max temp al the time. That means that it is "activated" on load on some way ? If measure on the starter cable when turning the key what kind of reading should i get ?
