Realistically 320 BHP, perhaps a touch more, it would come down to how well the car is mapped.

Not sure Kit. I think is based on RS2 competition if that makes sense?

        would that need larger injectors?

Got a hybrid k24 7000, Wagner ex manifold, 3" Exhaust. Need a larger /more effective IC.

or maybe go for a rs2 turbo or rs2 hybrid straight away?

Could you tell me which turbo hybrid you have? I'm in talks with Vidar, the truth is that everyone speaks wonders about him.

3B injectors with a 7A FPR would do it fine, ABY/AAN injectors @ 4 bar would be at their absolute limit unless you can up the fuel pressure, really you want a little head room.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Nothelle map maxed the stock injectors out, Nothelle cars also benefit from a really quite nicely ported head which helps them perform so well.

Dave, the RS2 turbo use's a considerably larger turbine as well as a slightly bigger compressor wheel than my old Nothelle turbo, it's much closer in size to a K26 than a K24 so he can't have used RS2 housings with the wheel specs I had. The original Nothelle turbo used the larger Porsche 944 turbo 250 BHP K26 compressor wheel inside a machined out Porsche 944/Audi 200 K26 Turbo housing and the turbine wheel/shaft is also from a regular Porsche 944 K26 turbo inside a K24 #6 housing machined out to 50mm exit to suit it...

I have all these turbo's in bit's currently laid out on my workbench as aside from the RS2 stuff I've sold it all to another member so I'm pretty confident I've got that right...

How much CC is the 3B injectors on 3 bar? ( Static flow rate at 3 bar, medium N-Heptane [g/min]: 236,7 )
That would equal to approx how much with/at 4 BAR FPR (7a ) ?

I'll be honest and say I really can't recall the CCM specs off the top of my head, it was six years ago I crashed my S2 and four years before that I converted it to full RS2 spec and spent a year getting it to go really well so I'd have to look it up.

I can recall there being software available from somewhere that used 3B injectors with a 7A FPR for the RS2 K24 7200, it apparently gave about 340/50 BHP.

I had Zetronix fitted so could see my AFR's/EGT's etc in real time which helped get the desired results and I also got lucky on some custom 3B RS2 Motronic software which seemed to suit my set up really well, that had come from an RR quattro. My car had the Nothelle ported head which I dare say helped it feel so quick.

                  Stock injectors are 320CCM

                  Using this converter.... https://www.rcfuelinjection.com/technical

                  I calculated 3B injectors @ 4 Bar to be approx... 370 CCM.

ADU has 360cc -at- 3.0 bar , so that means the 3b injectors should suffice to something like 300hp+- for the k24 7000 hybrid of mine kinda

3B injector static flow is 320 CCM @ 3 bar which as I say above calculates to roughly 370CCM at 4 bar which would support 340/50 BHP.

RS2 injector static flow is indeed 360 CCM @ 3 bar which is roughly 417CCM @ 4 bar and will support about 380/90 BHP. It's worth noting the stock RS2 FPR is rated at 3.8 bar so running them with a 7A FPR gives more fuel than a stock RS2 gets.

I like the look of that TTE 420 turbo as well but as you say it's extremely expensive. If I had to do it again with a 3B I'd fit a 7A FPR, try and find a good second hand K24 7200 and RS2 or 440 Green Giant injectors and map that to close to it's limits, it will be very, very fast... Hard to beat that set up for bang for buck and easy of fitment.

I'm leaving my RS2 alone with the MTM K26/7 set up as that was done under warranty from new and seems to be pretty much as quick as my old 3B.

I have a 3B ECU here that's tuned for a GT3071 7A FPR and Deka 630cc injectors if you're interested. RS2 manifolds and 3” system. Probably a good idea to do the rods though lol.

Actually if you put a stock boost chip in it would probably be safe :-) it was blowing 2.2Bar

Mine to have larger high flow ex wheel . New design compwheel . And even make new insert into comphousing .
not much more to do with these now !!!
