Removed mine on the ABY. Was an easy job requiring a 5mm allen socket, flat blade screw driver and a bit of care and attention.
Please check that there aren't any additional fixings that I've forgotten as it was a few months ago when I did this:-
Release the pressure from the fuel rail (can't remember if I did this or how to do it, sorry!)
Remove 2 5mm allen bolts holding the rail to manifold.
Remove 5 off clips at the top of the injectors being careful not to drop them into the engine bay!
Remove 5 off plugs from injectors (press the wire clip towards the injector and pull).
Carefully prise the fuel rail upwards, away from the head / manifold and perpendicular to the injector pointing angle if possible).
Some of the injectors will stay in the head, others will come with the fuel rail.
Carefully remove the injectors from the engine and rail as necessary taking care to take the O rings with them (one top, one bottom for each).
Don't drop the injectors, the plastic bits on the end break !
Refitting is the reverse or removal! (with a bit of rubber friendly lubricant (!) to help get the O rings in the holes!).

You'll be ok if it hasn't been started for a while...
BTW, what would you use as friendly for the o-rings, are we talking vaseline or something?

BTDT a few times, On the 3b you need to undo the rear fuel hose on the rail (goes to the FPR) so you can remove the rail. Just undo it slowly and you should be ok, you will get a little fuel leak out obviously but its nothing major, just put some cloth around it to soak it up.
You can "release" the fuel pressure by starting the cold engine and then pulling the Fuel Pump fuse (not relay, the fuse). I don't know which on that is on an S2 but for a C4 S4 its No. 17.
The engine will continue to run until it runs out of fuel pressure in the fuel rail. Then it will stop. Turn off the ignition. Disconnect the battery (always safer) and start your injector removal.

Another tip is to spray a little releasant(wd40/plus gas or similar) onto where the injectors mount to the inlet manifold, then twist the injectors out in a circular motion. This helps free the 'o' rings and stops them staying put( or falling into the port).
urs4boy has the best idea for the fuel pressure.
Its an easy job.
Good luck
