      Mr. Auditude,

Here is a link that has a good discription of the engine balancing procedure. Enjoy

Well I disagree! Titanium is commonly used in atmo applications where high revs and low internal weigth is wanted. But forged steel is much stronger, but not as light and they are perfect for extreme boostlevels. That is why most tuners still go for steel, only in competition they find it worth the effort and risk...

Also Porsche uses titanium in their GT3 and steel in their GT2!

After coming from Cosworth and Opel Turbo engine and therefor new with Audi engines. Does the Audi S2 (B3) engine have an oilspray like a Cosworth or Volvo T4/T5?

            Piston oil sprayers?.............yes.

The turbocharged five cyl engines - RR, 3B, ABY, AAN, ADU and the normally aspirated 7A all have oil squirters. Not sure about the Diesel blocks often used in strokers.

            Pic below showing them
