New turbo fitted, howto get oil to it on the first start up?
Is it not possible to pull the engine around by hand and thereby pumping oil through the system? I can't say for certain that it's possible, but that would be the first thing I'd consider.
Get someone to tow you around for a bit in 4th, 5th or 6th gear if you are that worried. I am sure it would be ok cold starting with a new turbo, I am sure someone here will give you a more precise answer.

Surely hand cranking the engine won't give you the oil pressure you need to pump oil to the Turbo.
Ah yes that's right. I was thinking about when a friend was about to start his newly built engine for the first time, and I remembered it wrong. He did use the starter to pull the engine around without the ignition connected, so he got oil through the system. I should not give answers I'm not sure about anymore.
When i replaced my turbo, I unplugged the injectors, let it turn over for about 10s, of for 10s, turn over again... after the 3rd try the oil guage had built up to about 2-3bar oil pressure, figured this is enough.
You could even leave the oil return hose off the block and wait to see oil seeping through, if that would keep you mind at ease!
Personally I would remove the spark plugs and remove the plugs from the ECU and crank the car over. With the plugs removed there will be little air passing the turbo vanes to rotate it and it will also turn the engine over faster as no compression to slow it down building up pressure quickly. Is a method normally applied to new engines on first start up.

All you need to do is disconnect the hall sender remove the spark plugs
Leave the oil feed hose to the turbo disconnected if not done already put a clear plastic bag over the feed hose get some one to crank it over untill you see oil coming out of the pipe then fit the the pipe back onto the turbo now you know 100% that there is oil there in my experience you could have a blockage or any thing in that feed hose so its best to check you have good oil flow threw there otherwise its bye bye turbo pretty quick thats the way i have been taught to do it
As I read the advice.... remove the plugs, as this will mean the engine spins quicker as the pistons are not trying to compress the air...
