Are you offering generic chips for this setup?

Rocco - but you have an inferior 3B... I've not got enough experience to attempt a custom map on that yet... it is VERY different from ABY and RS2. Maybe someday...

inferior 3B??? stock ABY´s cars are slower in the tracks....than stock 3b ones hehehehe

OK Paul understand it, you can tune the chips very well but only with the AAN-ADU,ABY Ecus... not enough experience

aniway you have to learn about 3b motronic because there are much more 3b cars in the market

OK Paul. Just need to understand what else was changed apart from turbo in that car. As you know I have an ABY engined coupe with RS2 injectors, 3 Bar MAP sensor, upgraded Bosch Fuel pump, RS2 Exhaust Manifold and 3" turbo back exhaust. I currently run an MD147 with MRC chipsets. Basically I want to swap out turbo and insert 2871R with a chipset of yours to suit. Is this possible or would I have to retrofit original parts such as S2 injectors and S2 MAP sensor first?
                    Very excited mate

You need to keep the RS2 injectors and 3bar map sensor, infact the RS2 maybe too small from Diesel Des LPG thread as they hit 100% duty cycle.

Wow, I thought going from an RS2 stage 3 MD147 turbo to a 2871R would require less, not more fuel especially given I'm currently peaking at 28psi of boost or 2 bar. Or is that irrelevent to what your saying
                        Cheers Jamo

RS2 injectors (360ccpm) are too small.

You could go with Bosch racing greens (440ccpm), but Des opted for Siemens 550ccpm to give loads of headroom - thats what I have mapped with.

I'm sure the Bosch 440s would work on this turbo (pretty sure its what 034 use) but I'd need to do them one or two in real-time before having any sort of confidence in chips to post to Australia. Now a real-time mapping session in the land down under would be really nice - hehehhh - who wants to pay for that - awwww please...

@Karl - with a set of Siemens 550 injectors, and this chipset of mine you'd be ready to play when the 2871R is fitted. I also advise you keep the cams standard, but I hope you have a mighty big intercooler - and maybe water injection to help with the higher air temps down there in the summertime.

RS2 injectors are 360ccpm at 3 bar of FPR true Paul?? and the racing bosch greens are 440ccpm at 3 bar FPR too ??? and then it´s more or less the same work with the RS2 injectors with a 4bar FPR than the 440´s with a 3 bar FPR ....???

No but the ABY/AAN/ADU runs a 4bar FPR - so its not as simple as you think....

This 2871 has an 51-52mm compressor impeller? If yes then i think the 460 is way overestimated or i can run with mine 550 hp then :-)
