    No Boost again

While driving down the Autobahn the other day, (oh the joys ), my 3B popped a jubilee clip from the I/C to induction pipe, the one right at the bottom left hand side as you look from the front. Managed to bodge it to get me home, but since replacing I am back to mechanical boost only,
    Recently changed,

DV tested seems to be ok,
    WGFV,
MAF swapped for a known good one,
    Lamba sensor,
    all Vacum hoses and clips,
all new clips every where in the engine compartment,
    Boost tested and no leaks,
    ISV
plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm(from Toyota ).

I do love this car but my saint abilities are wearing thin, looking for some more ideas from the people in the know, one thing I forgot my temp gauge is reading low could it be the MFTS.

Have you tried to connect VAGCOM and read faults?

Did you reset the ECU after fixing the leaks?

Just unplug the moteur fuses for a couple of minutes...
Honda CBR 1100XX Blackbird Turbo....undergoing major changes.....
S2 Coupe... bit easier off the line...

LHD_Kid has it I think... The ECU has stored the alarm and disabled active boost control... Either clear codes on VAGCOM or pull the MOTOR fuses as said.

do a pressure test on the system to make sure another sneeky sneeky pipe hasnt slipped off, if you disconnect the battery overnight that should reset the ecu aswell

Look in your main fusebox... you should have two eyelets in there with K & L connections...

Pulled the motor fuses last night and left it until this afternoon. Also went out this morning and totally rewired the MFTS. Took her for a spin and am now getting 1 bar of boost, she is now running as sweet as a nut, think I need to give her another pressure test to find out where the other .4 of pressure is going. Its true once you are bitten by these beasts you are in it for life, the good days far out way the bad days.

will keep posted as to where the pressure is departing to
                      Thanks for all your help.

The hoses on that car did look like they needed replacing when I saw you the other month. Maybe invest in a full silicon boost Hose kit and some 4mm vacume and some 8mm vacume for the wgfv and all the vac hoses.

Yeah the odb2 connectors ate defonatly missing. Being a 3b you'd expect them to be under foot well cover but they are no where to be sean. Even with ripping out half the carpets etc.

Think I will have to Bo. I have replaced all the 4mm and 8mm vacum hoses.
Will boost pressure test it tomorrow when I take it back into work.

Well I gave the old girl a boost test and there are no leaks anywhere, holds pressure for ages, what else could it be?? . Really dont want to take her on one of the ranges and see how much damage a 155mm shell can do.
