i still have some headroom then. i thought the lines in the tank were skinny
fuel lines are next. -6 to the rail then the 2 pumps. if i ever need it.
btw im back on standard plugs. the ik24's were too cold. they were fouling on cruise but on high rpm boost felt good. back to the best of both worlds. not sure the standards are as good on boost but you cant have it all. may dig her out after and trim some more fuel out.Comment

Hello, just dug this out of a thread and was wondering what gas regulator you are using, I am about to gas mine and would appreciate any pointers! Cheers, Bernie.Comment

I'm using 2 kme gold vapourisors along with magic jet injectors. The vapourisors do about 370 HP each, and on their own top out at chipped rs2 power. I had to add a second one for my power output. The injectors are rated at 75 HP each, but from experience seem to easily flow 500 HP a set.Comment

Hello, I cannot find the output pressure for those regs, what pressure are they running output at? I assume they are a higher pressure than what you are running your turbo at, is this the case? If you are running a 2 bar turbo, should they not be outputting at 3 bar?

No, they work like a petrol fuel pressure regulator. So mine is set at about 1.25 bar. So that's above inlet manifold pressure. Cheers desComment

3 things.
1 - check there is no frothing in the header tank, I've seen missfire coming from nowhere on very mild Headgasket failure. Fine on part throttle feeding missfire on WOT.
2 - never run Denso plugs on VAG FI engines. I've seen more written of heads than you can shake a stick at running Denso's. Favourites are tips going out the sidewall of the heads.
3 - if buying 034 coil packs be prepared to fork out for some decent spark leads as they arc out through the shield and boots on 1.8bar boost pressures.UrS6 Stroker + HTA3586 =
