If your boosting 2-2.1 bar surely that could be the cause of the problem?
Which kinda DV are you using? I used a Bailey once that was defective and it fooked a brand new RS2 turbo doing a mapping session. The DV was not airthight doing mapping so I ended up braking the axle.
DV is a standard OM S2 and it is working as I tried it on my s6 same with the n75.
I agree that it is the highboost level thats killed the turbo, problem is what is causing the high boost.
I have received the damaged parts back from CR turbos and I will try and take some pics to show the damage which they say is from over spin there are a list of possible causes, all of which I have already addressed with the exception of a possible fault
within the ECU.
The turbo is now back on the car and the car is running so to prevent this happening again I am taking the car to a specialist to find out once and for all what the problem is.
I've spoken to that chap I was telling you about Lou and hopefully he'll be talking to that bloke with the contact number you wanted.
That's if you haven't got this sorted yet.
Can anyone confirm that the altitude sensor of my s6 is the same as the one on my 3b
