Urgent: Anybody running Wagner EVO RS IC under stock bumper?

    Well,

I have a bit of problem here, the body shop that are fixing my car are telling me that the bumper wont fit over the Wagner EVO RS IC.

So anybody out there running the IC under stock bumper that could tell me what they have done to make it fit?

Body shop suggested to cut a hole in the lower part of the bumper, not the best Idea if you ask me.

The IC works perfect with OEM RS2 and S2 Bumper, there is no cutting required.

I think maybe the xm may be too low. The ic should fit under s2 and rs2 bumpers with no mods (except if you have mark h mod). Are you sure it's an s2 bumper and not a cab one?

Bumper is S2 unless the body shop have ordered the wrong one.

However I'm running with the mark H mod so maybe that is my problem?

Carsten: The car you have fitted it on, is it with or without aircon?

Oki I guess it is properly the Mark H mod that is causing the problems then.

Carsten can I use the stock O-ring or do I need different size?

The Wagner EVO RS IC (that goes on the S2 traverse) fitted nicely behind my S2 bumper incl. the Mark H mod

Yeah sorry, the Mark H mod sometime requires a little cutting of one of the tabs on the grille in the bumper, nothing major.

Try asking the shop for the part number of the bumper they got, maybe someone can post what is should be...

Bumper is S2 so will try and remove the Mark-H mod and adjust as much as possible to get it to fit

Yep, same idea that seals a wiggins fitting the O-ring should be good to something like 200psi
