When changing cambelt, may I suggest you also fit new crank pulley
Vibration Damper i would say no given that its £382!! lol
The pulley you quoted tho i would say not in my opinion, but others may have reasons to change it, ive not done the timing belt etc before so dont know if this may have some kind of wear or distortion over time and use.

This pulley should always be replaced at the same time as a belt change, they crack due to people not undoing/tightening the crank bolt correctly (usually cracks by holding the pulley via the brakes/transmission).
The original item is more than capable of doing it's job if they are treated as a service item.
I think Corey is right in saying that the OEM one is more than up for the job as long as it changed with every belt change..
£170 for that is a bit excessive IMO.
