No I dont I used the original 3B loom and just added the trigger wires from the ECU.Comment

You showed us the same three photos at the start of your thread. We have been trying to get you check and show us (confirm) that you have some kind of harness from an AAN or ABY Motronic ECU (or VEMS) that has five separate connections, one each for the five coils that you are now running. So far, I have seen zero evidence that you have such wiring.RS2'd 93 UrS4 5 spd sedan

Ok I looked at my wiring and I have made a little PDF document, see attached file.
I have also attached my VEMS settings and I have been running these coils on both VEMS and Motronic.Last edited by Jonas_R; 19 June 2011, 14:47.Comment

I Dont know what you mean. You showed us the same three photos at the start of your thread. My englisch is not so well, so it could be my wrong interpretation..

I hope that isn't really how you have your system wired. You can't have the the individual signals to the separate coils joined together on one common line. They have to go to individual pins on those 4 pin connectors, in the correct order, much like this:
(Note: Grounds and 12V could be based on common wires but not the individual coil control wires):

Of course not I thought that was obvious that you run the trigger signals individual. I have updated the drawing.
But you need to understand that he is not running a ABY or AAN engine but a converted 3B, so I don't your diagram will be of much help.Comment

I understand 101% what is going on. You can not assume that ANYTHING is obvious when you are trying to help someone. Your first diagram was dangerously misleading and could have resulted in a big problem. Your revised drawing is better. The reason that I have posted my 1.8t Coil Pack Conversion Drawing is that it shows how the wires run as individual wires based on the AAN harness wire colours. I know he has 3B with VEMS but the correct diagram for his use would show the individual VEMS pins going to specific locations on the 034 harness, done in a manner that there can be NO misinterpretations (or assumptions that have to be made).
If you could lable your diagram with the VEMS pin numbers and the O34 harness plug pin numbers, it would solve this part of the puzzle.

I have revised my 1.8t coil pack conversion diagram to illustrate what I was thinking is needed for the 3B/VEMS/034 HO coil wiring diagram, i.e. more information.... but the correct diagram for his use would show the individual VEMS pins going to specific locations on the 034 harness, done in a manner that there can be NO misinterpretations (or assumptions that have to be made).

Thanks for all the reactions.
With some help i managed to get them running.
The new one`s are active coils, and the old one`s where passive.
So that needed to be changed in the ECU itself. That was all.
But now i have the next problem:
at pressure above 1.4/1.5 bar the engine falls out in higher rpm.
For example by full trhotle:
in the 1st gear there`s no problem
in the 2th gear it falls out at 6500 rpm
in the 3th at 6200
in the 4th at 6000, and with falling out, i mean its like you just turn of the ignition key.
By boost below 1,4 bar its just fine and runs smooth to redline.
Anyone got an idea?
This was the reason i changed to a high output coil-kit, because i thought the OEM coils were worn down, but after swapping coils, the problem stayed just the same..
