Interesting subject, I'm also currently contemplating a surge tank setup. I've been looking at one of these:-

Seems to package the whole thing up quite nicely and alleviates a number of hoses and fittings to reduce install costs and reduces the total number of unions which could potentially leak.

Repo / Thuppu, Anymore info on those "Bite ring" fittings you've used to connect the AN fittings to the OEM hard lines? That would suit my set up nicely and save a few quid

Thats what I've ordered as well

I think I could find a nice spot up front for it and feed into it using the stock line.

Anyone got info on the fittings needed to convert the OEM hard line to AN fittings?

Good luck i've only identified 3 spots upfront it could fit and one is already being use. Where were you going to fit it?

I thought I could hang it off the strut brace passenger side somewhere with some extra brackets to support the bottom, bit hard to tell with an empty engine bay though.

Thats a rip off version, they bought one an copied it big hoha about it in the Honda circles.

                      I'd rather buy the original

Thats a spot I can't fit it, plus I'm not sure it would fit as the catch tank I have there just fits in that space and it's smaller, the issue is the ABS lines

I got the original as well, however I like how the rip off unit is sealed with welding rather than bolted.

Sorry, I just had a proper look. The welding is much neater.
