Siemens deka 630's and especially 850's have the worst spray pattern and have been the result of several engines being.rebuild due to borewash because of fuel dribbling into the bores after the combustion cycle. When we put the injectors on a flow test rig you would have gotten a better spray pattern by urinating.
If you keep original stock rough intake port. Stock compression. Stock squish pattern. You can get away with it as the engines were designed in an era where injectors weren't very good.
If you change to different pistons you are signing your engines early demise using poor spray pattern injectors. As reference on a scale of 1-5 1 being the worst spray pattern the siemens 630 rated between 1 and 2. And flow varied from 625 to 653.
Some people are lucky and never run into a problem maybe we had a bad batch that sat on the shelf too long (injectors go faulty if they are left sitting too long without fuel passing through them, ASNU recommend max of 2-4weeks after flow matching before you run the risk of poor flow match). Don't know either way I would never advice anyone to run siemens again.
P.s. ev14's are good but 1000cc is too big for that power bracket. ASNU's use a bosch plug with the ev14 internals difference is they make them to whatever cc you want with whatever spray pattern you need for your application.

Could this be the cause of my car having a momentary flat spot when getting back on the gas when driving 20-30mph in traffic? Pretty sure I'm on deka 630s..

You did not run into a bad batch. They all start to do that eventually.
Especially after they've done 10k+ plus, the spray pattern basically does not exist at low pulsewidths.
That's where the advantage lies with the ASNU's ev14 internals, superior spray pattern and for a small fee they take your injectors and re cc them to whatever value you require upto a 1000cc using the same body. Alternatively you can run another body that supports 1000-2000cc if you are in the market for something bigger.
Not unless your planning on e85
750cc rated at 3 bar equal around 866cc at 4 bar aby / adu pressure
Enough for 700-750 bhp at least
The reason people go bigger imo on petrol is they max out injector duty cycle due to poor fuel delivery on stock sized fuel lines

but if the FPR has a set pressure and the fuel pump/fuel lines can supply a certain amount of fuel then it doesn't matter what injectors you have when you reach the max of it.
