On this topic. I have read that usually with mater/methanol mix they add a bit of transmission(like 50-100ml) oil to prevent eventual corrosion. Is this correct?
I just order AEM 30-3000 kit and I will run 50/50 mix with map so I'm wondering would be ok to add a bit oil....

Uhm... no?
I don't think adding oil is a good idea at all.
Not only will it lower the octane rating of the fuel, it will also cause buildups in your combustion chamber.
I know, was considering just running it as a on/off system.
Does the map that contains the control of the RS4 flap valve exist in the A6 software or do one need to use RS4 software as a base?
You either need RS4 software or you need to write some code that will control the flap.
That said - I don't think "on/off" is a very good idea... but I guess you could trigger it based on load.
Main problem is that if you do it this way it will flood the engine down low and go lean up top.
Plus, it's a good idea to have a meth kit that has a failsafe and switch maps in the ECU based on that - I do this on my RS4.
