E85 is a good fuel, but it's energy density is more than 30% lower, so your fuel delivery system would need to be able to handle up to 1000hp on gasoline, and that is not easy or cheap at all.
A single pump with stock lines will not do for sure.
    True to that.

I have two 044 pumps with relays and 1200cc injectors. I run out of pumps flow before the injectors run out when i boosted hx40super to 3.0 bar. It was fun.
Using E85 as fuel is very good thing but you must do a lot of mods to get decent horsepower out of it.

Cheers mate, I have an aftermarket rail fitted that takes the standard length injectors. I've decided to go with a Bosch 0280158821 2200cc. Five-O have a modified version that makes them a longer injector to fit the rail

I'm aiming for around 600hp+ initially. I'll also be using E85, so I will have to support the extra flow required.

wouldn't 1000cc injectors be big enough for that? I mean you would need a min of 3 044 motorsport fuel pumps to keep up with the 2k plus cc injectors...

Just thinking that a smaller set must give better results long term than something that will likely never be much about 50% duty cycle at 4 bar rail pressure. Room to grow is great, but within reason.

This is the set I'm using. Dmitri had no problem to get them idle fine with stock motronic.

1200cc sounds more realistic to me...

Here's a guide to roughly help with sizing and how I decided to use 2000cc injectors http://injector-rehab.com/shop/e85_injector_size.html

Ok using that calculator of 1.47 factor increase in fuel requirements, 1200cc injectors will feed almost 800hp on e 85 at 3bar pressure. At 4 bar your over 900hp. Too small for you??

Did you change the BSFC to 0.65?

This Size Selection Guide is intended to help in determining what size injector to use in your application.
                                * Brake Specific Fuel Consumption: This is the amount of fuel consumed (in lbs. per hour) for each horsepower made.
This should be .45 to .50 for naturally aspirated engines
Supercharged engines should be between .55 to .60
                                Turbocharged engines.60 to .65
Rotary engines, estimate BSFC to be 0.6 to 0.7
For engines running methanol, double the appropriate gasoline BSFC (e.g. a rotary engine running methanol has a BSFC between 1.2 and 1.4)
** Maximum Injector Duty Cycle should be around 80% max for safe operation. This allows for some future horsepower increases.
