After changing the ICV on my car it now idles well (well, okay) but ever since I've had it I've had a problem with the revs dropping to stalling levels when changing gear or just reving in neutral. I.E. When shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear I put the clutch down and the revs drops to an indicated 2-300rpm before it stabilised.
It sounds like an air leak to me, but has anyone experienced similar?

Certainly sounds similar to my issue. I should have said, I have a '91 3B.... does this sensor exist on my car? **Looks like it does and for the price of the one you linked on eBay I might as well switch it out.

Solved by adjusting the dashpot . It wasn't adjusted properly to easy the throttle closing so it was slow and gentle (so as to not bang shut). I adjusted the dashpot position and then rotated the throttle position switch so it registered open/closed properly.
