@quatrro-nick, thanx, yes I did clean the intercooler, used almost 2 bottles of thinners to clean out the IC. Will have to do it again
So any help on which pipe to block off and to which pipe do I route the PCV on the below diagram?
Thanx again quatrro-nick
So to confirm (sorry) - pipe 12 will still be connected to the MAf- turbo pipe, but disconnected from the cam cover. Block off the hole on the cam cover and connect the bottle to pipe 12?
no,disconnect pipe 12 from turbo intake and blok off the hole from turbo intake
pipe 12 must still be connected with valvecover and put pipe 12 in a bottle so if you dont have oil no more in intake and at the same time you have oil in the bottle than there is a problem with your crankcase ventilation

I had this problem after rebuilding my rs2 turbo fitted to my 3b . It eventually it went away. We came to the conclusion that it was oil that had built up in the intercooler etc.
caused by the failing turbo charger plus the extra pressure created by the reconditioned
unit.
@quatrro-nick -I guess I walked into that one hey
Update - I did as suggested, see pics of my handy work , thanx to this here awesome forum
I take it, from the results/test the turbo is tired - no oil in the bottle, and a bit of oil on the "plug" used to block the turbo intake pipe.
My car now has +196 000kms, and has been driven pretty hard in my 6 years of ownership. Time to start saving the pennies I guess.
Thanx again for all the help I got here - all comments welcomed
Cheers
