A disadvantage in cooler climates is that there is more condensation in these tanks/pipes/hoses and you can blocked lines because of "yellow slush" freezing inside.

The main advantage is that you don't have to worry about that little stop valve breaking and blowing your cam cover gasket out...

Because for the MOT your not allowed to vent the fumes to atmosphere and it is ment to help performance by having it connected to a vacuum.
Any idea on price for the tank?

I have an oil catch tank on, but with no air return. Does this mean i get less air into the turbo or not? The air from the oil catch gets otherwise back in the air line just before the turbo, so it is bypassing the LMM. Is this bad?Audi Quattro WR

MOT is a test to check the roadworthyness of vehicles every 12 months once they are 3 years old or more.
With the performance bit I have got the book to hand to quote it so wont put anything on here about it just yetGreg
