I think you should do this more simple, fill with what you have on the car.

    Turbo.....
    Wastegate/spring......
    downpipe/exhaust......
fuel pressure on boost at high rpm.......
    Software you are using........

This should be solved hardware first and after that sw.
And symptoms again(excuse me but to many pages)

Have you inspected the bottom of the car? Perhaps the return line has been crushed, on a speed bump maybe?

I allready forgat. Does you boost gauge(the original in the car) show the boost as well(so does the ecu see be boost)? If not, check the boosthouse to ecu map.

No, boost is visible in analogue boost gauge. Don't have boardcomputer connected yet.

But i haven't checked timing yet since it is running "ok" with normal driving. Mabye worth a try.

Iv'e pretty much given up my car..

I hear you. I have 3 y and 5 months old girls. Then again, I dont think the ecu swap changes anything, there is a problem somewhere and you need to find it.
I´d check the boosthouse to ecu one more time. Even a small leak could cause it.
Do you have any chance on changing injectors? How old are they?

                      -Custom preciscion turbo . AR60 rs2 manifoil
-3" downpipe, and simons 3" exhaust (no cat)
-Race ported cylinder head, dobble valve springs and titan retainers.
                      -Bosch 0280 155968 injectors.
-4.8bar fuelpressure. Rises with 1:1 ratio? Have tested witn Begi FPR and fuelpressure did rise way to fast with this one.
                      -Bosch 044pump 1.2liters in 15sec

Did find some loose nuts. This canot cause wideband sensor to get wrong values? if i had leakage?

I do not know the age of my injectors. Previous owner have changed them i think.
Will perform a new leaktest when i have the time. Last time iv'e checked , i did not manage to build up over 0.6bar etc. .Sounded like air went out turbo oil return? hmm

Then just add pressure with a air compressor for 2 bar, or so http://urly.fi/b3E.
                          Hi!

I have made my own tool. And when testing, i did not archieve more than 0.5bar. I susspect that all the air is going out turbo oil retur line. Is that possible?

No it is not. If the air goes to the oil line, then the oil would also come the other way. That would show as a lot of blue smoke in you rear view mirror.

                              Ok

My engine is not burning oil. And haven't needed to refill

I may have some problems on the intake side on turbo then, after MAF. I can hear leekage, but it sound "intern" and not going out to open air.
