You have a boost/vacuum leak, plain and simple. That's what every single one of these cars does when they have one.
Pressure test it, find the leak, fix it, done.

After a pressure test, if nothing is found are there any other pipes besides boost pipes that could cause such an issue such as a feed to the ECU?
