Moving the MAF anybody did this?

trottlebody is gasspjæld in danish,
if you move it,and get a real blow off,you could just throw the intake hose away,and bolt the filter direktly on to the turbo,i will also safe up for the HKS filter,and bolt it on to the turbo.

Yeah but it kinda sucks using money for remap, BOV not money i quite have, but perhaps i will try to save up some money for this.

Like the heatshield, but i guess your MAF is still in the same place as normal right? So i guess you have no problems running with the MAF like that?

his pictures are old,the last ti´me i saw it he had a 90 bend down,as fare as i know he has put it on the pipe on the right.

Looking for Info on this topic and where possible a picture (Soren S2)

In an Ideal world I want to bolt a filter directly onto the Turbo so

1. Filter faces in the right direction
2. A larger filter can be accomodated
3. Create space fore HID kits in the future

To achieve this I think I will need to move the MAF to the hot side but need a picture to know where best, I do understand that a re-map will be needed but currently I am running standard and need a power map anyway.

Yeah well I'm not that convinced you really need a remap so... Maybe on 3B.
